We finally got official news of Rosalía’s upcoming fourth album—and social media users are already speculating about the type of music it will feature. Will LUX be inspired by classical music or perhaps her flamenco roots? LUX, defined as “a unit of illumination equal to the direct illumination,” follows Rosi’s third album MOTOMAMI, which included popular hits like “BIZCOCHITO,” “SAOKO,” and “CHICKEN TERIYAKI.”

In an Instagram post from yesterday (Oct. 19), the Spanish star posted herself wearing a rosary necklace, listening to a live orchestra. This made people think her upcoming material will involve classic-inspired music. Furthermore, she posted sheet music of a song called “BERGHAIN” on her Substack last week, feeding the fan theory (and inspiring some users to interpret the notes).
