How do you maintain a sourdough starter?
Chillicothe Gazette reporter, Destiny Torres, sat down with the owner of Old Thyme Growers Country Market, Barb Colliton, to learn how to maintain a sourdough starter.
In Ohio, just this past week alone, we’ve had a rare bird show up 1,200 miles from where it is supposed to be, a batch of Bigfoot sightings because, of course, we did, and a meteor (sorry, upgraded to asteroid because apparently size matters) break apart and scatter chunks across the sky. And while all that was happening, the weather couldn’t decide if it was spring, summer, or winter. We went from the 80s to the teens as if it were normal.
At this point, I need clarity. Not on the bird, not on Bigfoot, not on the asteroid. I just want to know what we are doing with hoodies. Are they away or not? Because I cannot live in a world where I need t-shirts and a winter coat in the same 48 hours. Pick a lane, Ohio. Also, pick one of these cool upcoming events.
