Sabrina Carpenter looked straight out of a romantic comedy as she stepped out in New York City this week in an autumnal look composed of cozy, luxurious staples.
The “Nobody’s Son” singer kept warm in a long double-breasted coat crafted from soft Italian wool cashmere and UnReal Suede interlining. In a powdery charcoal gray, the outerwear boasted a sharp but relaxed fit. The “Slouch Coat” hails from Aritzia’s in-house brand Babaton, and retails for $350.
Carpenter expertly styled the warm coat with loose, light-wash blue jeans with wide legs, and wrapped a black, gray, and cream scarf around her neck. A little white leather bag (yes, the trend is still alive and well) and elongated black square-toe boots capped off the ensemble.
Leaning fully into the crisp romance of apple-picking season, the pop star wore her famous honey-blonde hair in breezy, glamorous waves and blown-out bangs, while cold-girl blush livened up her cheeks and a matte warm-pink tint colored her lips.
Carpenter—who is in the city for a few days for her Short n’ Sweet Tour (with future performances scheduled for October 28, 29, and 31, as well as November 1)—was pictured frolicking in the park, dried leaves crunching on the ground beneath her boots. She was seen smiling with a friend and taking photos with an old-school camera.
