Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Cast React to DadTok

OG fans of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives know the story. This cast met each other through their social media subgroup, MomTok, that blew up. Their TikTok alliance was a center of encouragement and fun. Season 3, however, made it clear that this friend group is going south quickly.

The future of MomTok is currently hanging in the balance. But, this might not be an issue because there’s a rising group of Mormons creating content online. And they have (creatively) deemed it DadTok. The group is starting to compete with MomTok numbers on social media, and SLOMW stars don’t know how to feel.

What do the SLOMW cast think of DadTok?

During a recent interview the Season 3 cast were asked about DadTok. One of the first to give their opinion was Miranda Hope, and she’s on the fence about it.

“I think there are some men in DadTok that I adore and that I think have great intentions. Some that I’m not so sure about and we’ll continue to see how that plays out,” she told TooFab.

This seemed kind of shady, especially since all major DadTok stars are the cast’s partners. This is something Layla Taylor quickly pointed out, which makes sense, as her boyfriend Mason McWhorter has also joined the TikTok group.

“I wasn’t stoked initially, because there are some dads, like Miranda said, that are there that I’m not the biggest fans of and you’ll see more of that unravel in the future.”

Either this means more DadTok content on a potential Season 4. Or maybe something more? After all, there were recent talks of spin-offs of SLOWV coming in the future .
