Justin and Hailey Bieber have had eyes on the West Village for years—checking out rentals there as far back as 2019—but now they’ve officially bought in. The pop star and beauty mogul couple just bought a four-bedroom condo at 160 Leroy, a sinuous 15-story tower designed by Pritzker Prize–winning firm Herzog & de Meuron and developed by Studio 54 founder Ian Schrager. They paid the asking price of $12 million, per The Wall Street Journal.

Inspired by the modernist architecture of Brazilian maestro Oscar Niemeyer, the block-wide Manhattan building dates to 2016 and pays homage to its waterfront setting with a wavy glass exterior that affords nearly every unit a view of the Hudson River.
The development features plenty of amenities, among them a 70-foot pool and whirlpool spa, but a significant draw for the Biebers might have been its reputation for privacy. There’s not only a 24-hour door attendant, but a porte cochère and parking garage—both of which are favored by celebrities for discreet entries and exits.

The Biebers already own a pair of California houses, as well as a 101-acre retreat in Justin’s home province of Ontario, Canada. They are now adding the nearly 2,800-square-foot New York apartment to their real estate portfolio after years of reportedly residing in South Williamsburg’s Oosten complex, as well as a Lower Manhattan rental.
A highlight of their new home is the dual-cooking space, a combination of a chef’s kitchen and a “social” kitchen. The primary wing is also a standout, with a marble-clad bath complete with a soaking tub and heated floors.

It’s been a big year for the A-list couple, who wed in 2018 and welcomed son Jack Blues nearly two years ago, in August 2024. Justin headlined the most recent Coachella music festival in April after releasing a new album, SWAG, in 2025. Hailey, meanwhile, sold her cosmetics brand, Rhode, to e.l.f. for a reported $1 billion in October.
Adam Heller from The Heller Organization had the listing, while Romy Hechinger of Compass represented the couple in the sale.
