It’s been a long year and a half without Vanderpump Rules, but the show is officially coming back to Bravo before the end of 2025. The Season 11 finale aired in May 2024, and it marked the final season with the original cast.
Bravo announced in November 2024 that Vanderpump Rules had been renewed for Season 12, but confirmed that the show will feature an entire new group of cast members. With the original cast growing up, starting families, and being torn apart by Scandoval, it was time for some fresh meat.

When does Vanderpump Rules Season 12 premiere?
Vanderpump Rules Season 12 premieres on Tuesday, December 2, at 9/8c on Bravo. The cast started production in April 2025, so we’ll be about eight months ahead of where things were at when the first episode began.
“It’s moving along at a very fast pace,” Lisa Vanderpump confirmed to E! News in May 2025.
Prior to the premiere of the new season, Vanderpump and Andy Cohen will be hosting a special called “Raise Your Glass to 11 Seasons,” which will look back at the most iconic moments from the show. Plus, there will be never-before-seen footage shown. The special airs on Tuesday, November 25, at 9/8c on Bravo.
Who is in the Vanderpump Rules Season 12 cast?
As the owner of Sur, Vanderpump will be back on the show, but this season, she’ll be joined by 10 fresh faces. The cast consists of a new crop of servers at the iconic Sur restaurant in California.
“There are a few people that have worked there for years that obviously come with their own problems and then there’s some new people kind of joining in,” Vanderpump teased. However, she wouldn’t say if the new group is “better” than the veterans. “They’re different,” she confirmed. “You can say different.”
The new cast members are: Venus Binkley, Jason Cohen, Shayne Davis, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson, Audrey Lingle, Natalie Maguire, Demy Selem, and Kim Suarez. Learn more about them here.
Is there a Vanderpump Rules Season 12 trailer?
Yes, Bravo released the trailer on Monday, November 3, along with the cast and premiere date announcement.
“It’s funny. I did used to say Sur is where you take your mistress, but now, it’s probably where you meet her,” Vanderpump says in a voiceover, referring to Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss‘ Season 10 affair. “I’ve always said with my staff: Give me everything, but don’t give me boring.”
The footage then cuts to Maguire telling Vanderpump, “I’ve worked here for two years. This is my family and they’re all telling me that they hate me.” Suarez is seen saying, “Natalie is, like, nice, and then she’s crazy.”
Binkley explains the vibe of the group, adding, “We’re able to work, party, have sex.” Drama definitely seems to stem from Lingle revealing she found a “penis pump,” with Hahn admitting, “Athletes stretch. I pump. We all have our own routine.”
There’s also plenty of relationship drama and lots of screaming at one another. “This is Sur. We’re a family. They’re not perfect, but they’re mine,” Vanderpump concludes.
Why is Vanderpump Rules getting a new cast?
With the original friend group “fractured” following Tom Sandoval‘s affair with Raquel Leviss, it was time to move in a different direction. Plus, the goal is to bring the show back to what it initially was: A group of young people working at a restaurant hotspot (many of the OG cast members were no longer working at Sur by Season 11.)
“This is an attempt to recalibrate and bring the show back to the thing that made it such a success to begin with. It’s a fresh start,” a source told People.
“What a thrill it is to build on the legacy of this series by doing it all over again,” Alex Baskin, executive producer of Vanderpump Rules’ production company, said in a statement. “With profound appreciation for the original group and their iconic run, we can’t wait for the audience to see a dynamic new group of co-workers and friends make their way through life together.”
