Reality television personality, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, shared two recent gym pictures, and fans are going wild.
In a November 8 Instagram upload, Snooki posted two pictures that showed her at the gym. The Jersey Shore star wore a black workout set and grey tennis shoes. The pictures showed the mother of three posing in front of a mirror.
“Ya girl has been putting in work lately,” read the caption of the post, alongside a bicep emoji.
Several fans flocked to the post’s comments section to compliment Snooki.
“Drop your workout and meal plan. You look fab,” wrote a commenter.
“Looking fabulous like always,” added another.
“One thing about Snooki, when she sets her mind to something, she always achieves,” shared a different person.

Snooki opened up about her workout routine in a September 2025 interview with Bustle. The 37-year-old explained that she has “gone back to weight training at the gym because [she] have the time now with all three kids in school.”
“I’ll work out with my trainer and then do some cardio at home. I’ve also been loving boxing, so I’ll go to random boxing classes — it’s great because it gets all my anxiety and anger out, and I just feel so good after,” said Snooki to the publication.
Snooki, who shares her three children, Lorenzo, Angelo, and Giovanna, with her husband, Jionni LaValle, said she also practices meditation “in the sauna” as another form of self-care.
“It clears my head. Eight years ago, I worked with a medium who taught me how to do it, so I’ll listen to the soundtrack she told me to download. It’s opened up my third eye. Basically, anyone could be a medium if they just open their third eye and meditate,” said Snooki in the September 2025 interview.
