Actor Tom Holland hit his head and had to be taken to hospital while filming his next film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The star is reporter to have suffered concussion while filming a stunt, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Deadline and Variety.
The incident reportedly happened on set during filming at Leavesden Studios in Watford on Friday. The 29-year-old was then taken to the hospital. According to Variety, nobody else was injured.

Filming was suspended on Friday and Holland will reportedly take a break from filming for several days. Sony Pictures, which is co-producing the movie with Marvel, will meet on Monday to discuss the incident, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is to be released in July 2026 as the fourth Spider-Man film starring Tom Holland. Co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon are returning, as is Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. The film also stars Jon Bernthal as the Punisher and Michael Mando as the Scorpion.
