The NBA All-Star Weekend is back in Los Angeles, and it’s starting with a bang! Kicking off the festivities, the 2026 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game is set to deliver a star-studded spectacle at the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Friday, February 13, at 7 p.m. ET. Whether you’re a hoops fanatic or just love a good celebrity showdown, this event promises both entertainment and some surprisingly competitive basketball.

This year, the NBA has outdone itself with a roster that reads like a who’s who from across sports, music, film, and social media. The Celebrity Game has become a beloved tradition—a little unpredictable, often hilarious, and always packed with memorable moments. It’s the perfect way to tip off a weekend that will also feature the Rising Stars game, the NBA HBCU Classic, and the new USA vs. World All-Star Game format.

Let’s break down what fans can expect from Friday night’s big event. The action will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, with streaming options available via Fubo, ESPN+, DirecTV Stream, and Sling. For those who want the full pregame experience, ESPN’s digital show “Hoop Streams,” hosted by Vanessa Richardson with analyst Iman Shumpert, will get things started at 6:30 p.m. ET.

So, who’s suiting up? The 2026 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game features a dynamic cast. On Team Antetokounmpo, coached by NBA two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, his brothers Thanasis and Alex, and Los Angeles Dodgers star Mookie Betts, you’ll find some serious star power. The lineup includes actor and comedian Keegan-Michael Key, Rome Flynn, Dylan Wang, NBA reporter Shams Charania, sports content creator Jenna Bandy, Atlanta Hawks minority owner Rick Schnall, 7’6” former NBA center Tacko Fall, “Linsanity” legend Jeremy Lin, rapper GloRilla, Brazilian soccer icon Cafu, and Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.

On the other side, Team Anderson is led by Emmy-winning actor Anthony Anderson, renowned shooting coach Lethal Shooter, and NBA trainer Chris Brickley. Their roster is just as eclectic: Marvel’s Simu Liu, Olympic sprinting sensation Andre De Grasse, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Taylor Frankie Paul, Phoenix Suns Governor and Michigan State alum Mat Ishbia, “White Chocolate” Jason Williams, “Love Island” personality Nicolas Vansteenberghe, chart-topping music producer Mustard, country singer and former Michigan basketball player Adrien Nunez, and Los Angeles Chargers receiver Keenan Allen.

It’s not just about the names—you’ve got NFL stars like Amon-Ra St. Brown and Keenan Allen bringing some gridiron toughness, legendary NBA personalities like Jeremy Lin, Tacko Fall, and Jason Williams showing off their old magic, and a mix of actors, musicians, and influencers ready to surprise everyone with their skills (or lack thereof!). Even NBA owners are getting in on the fun, with Mat Ishbia and Rick Schnall facing off in what could be a battle for boardroom bragging rights.

One of the most intriguing storylines? NBA insider Shams Charania, known for breaking trade rumors, is suiting up for Team Antetokounmpo. There’s been plenty of buzz about whether Giannis will give Shams a hard time on the court, especially given Charania’s reporting on Antetokounmpo’s future. As one preview put it, “Will Giannis give Shams a hard time for his reporting? Tune in to find out.” That’s the kind of playful drama you can only get at the Celebrity Game.

Fans from Michigan have extra reason to tune in, with Detroit Lions star Amon-Ra St. Brown, Phoenix Suns Governor Mat Ishbia, and Michigan native Keegan-Michael Key all representing the Great Lakes State. And for music lovers, there’s plenty to cheer about: rapper GloRilla, music producer Mustard, and K-pop group CORTIS (who will perform at halftime) are sure to keep the energy high.

The halftime show is another highlight, with CORTIS set to become the first K-pop act to perform during a Celebrity Game halftime. Their five-member group will take the stage after the first half, bringing a global flair to the event and making it a must-watch for fans of international music and pop culture.

The event isn’t just a sideshow—it’s a key part of the NBA’s All-Star Weekend, which is packed with fan-friendly activities, skills competitions like the 3-Point Contest and Slam Dunk Contest, and the much-anticipated new “USA vs. World” All-Star Game format debuting Sunday at the Intuit Dome. This year, the league has added real stakes to the All-Star Game, with prize money for champions and runners-up, but Friday night is all about fun, personality, and a little friendly competition.

As always, the Celebrity Game is known for its unpredictable highlights. There’s something special about watching non-traditional basketball players show off hidden talents—or create viral bloopers that will be replayed for years. Whether it’s a surprise dunk from a music star, a no-look pass from a retired NBA great, or a comedic moment from an actor, the game never fails to deliver laughs and gasps in equal measure.

For those wondering where to catch the action, the Celebrity Game will air on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, with streaming available on Fubo (which offers a free trial), ESPN+, DirecTV Stream, and Sling. Regional restrictions may apply, but most fans in the U.S. should have no trouble tuning in. The Kia Forum in Inglewood is the place to be, but millions will be watching from home as the NBA’s All-Star celebration gets underway.

And don’t forget, this is just the beginning. The rest of All-Star Weekend will feature the Rising Stars game, the NBA HBCU Classic, dunk and 3-point contests (including a headline set by Ludacris), and the new All-Star tournament on Sunday. But it’s the Celebrity Game that sets the tone—reminding everyone that basketball, at its heart, is about joy, community, and a little bit of showmanship.

So, whether you’re rooting for Team Antetokounmpo or Team Anderson, tuning in for the halftime show, or just hoping for some viral moments, the 2026 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game is sure to deliver. The stars are ready, the stage is set, and the fans are in for a treat as All-Star Weekend tips off in style.
