Born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny is a 31-year-old Latin American rapper, singer and record producer.
Known as the “King of Latin Trap,” Bad Bunny began his ascent to stardom when he launched his music career on music app SoundCloud in 2016. With his blend of reggaeton and Latin trap, he has collaborated with Cardi B, J Balvin, Karol G, Rosalia and Drake, all while growing his audience across genres.
In 2020, Bad Bunny joined Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, who co-headlined the Super Bowl 54 halftime show in Miami. Considered the most streamed artist in the world, his 2022 record “Un Verabo Sin Ti” is Spotify’s most listened to album of all time, exceeding 20 billion streams.
Bad Bunny made Grammy Awards history this year as the first artist to win Album of the Year for a Spanish-language album.
