Sylvester Stallone took to social media this week, revealing that he sees the gym as his “sanctuary.” At the age of 79, the Rocky star admitted that workouts don’t get any easier as he gets older, but shared a positive message with fans.
Stallone posted a video on Instagram from inside his gym, showing fans he’s still hard at work training. The Expendables lead addresses the camera, showing off his physique in a black vest. “I haven’t done a video from the gym in a long time. It’s kind of like, in a way, a sanctuary, a church,” he chuckles. “We pray we will get better. To feel better physically.”
