Taylor Swift’s fans have expressed their outrage online after Travis Kelce was slapped by a Los Angeles Chargers player during a game this weekend.
The singer‘s fiancé became the focal point of onfield-confrontations during the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener in São Paulo, Brazil.
Moments are Travis accidentally collided with teammate Xavier Worthy and headbutted fellow player Jawaan Taylor, he was was struck in the face by Chargers nose tackle Teair Tart struck Kelce following their entanglement during a blocking sequence.
Referees penalized the Chargers with a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct infraction, suggesting the officials interpreted the contact as spontaneous rather than intentional, and Tart wasn’t disqualified.

The pop star captioned the post with, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” alongside a dynamite emoji.
Travis’ father, Ed Kelce, disclosed that his son popped the question to Taylor two weeks before they announced it to the world.
He shared, “I was at an Eagles practice, a public practice that they had a lot of people that, well, the Eagles had 60,000 people at a public practice two weeks ago on a Sunday night.
“So at that practice I got a FaceTime call from them, and as soon as I saw the FaceTime, I saw it was Travis, and then I saw Taylor there with him, I knew what they were going to say, and they let us know.”
