‘Tehran’ Producer Dana Eden Dies Unexpectedly at 52 During Season 4 Shoot in Greece

“Tehran” producer Dana Eden has died during the Season 4 shoot of the hit Apple TV+ series in Greece. She was 52.

No cause of death has been confirmed but Shula and Donna Productions, the production company Eden founded alongside fellow “Tehran” producer Shula Spiegel, has sought to dispel rumours that her death was politically motivated. “The production company would like to clarify that the rumors suggesting a criminal or nationally motivated death are untrue and completely baseless,” they said in a statement.

Eden was one of Israel’s best-known producers and tributes have been paid from across the media and political landscape.
