CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland’s holiday spirit will reach new heights this season, with light show viewing and a pop-up bar atop the Terminal Tower.
Destination Cleveland, the region’s tourism bureau, will transform the Terminal Tower Observation Deck on the building’s 42nd floor into a winter wonderland with a bird’s-eye view of a new holiday-themed Illuminate CLE show on Public Square.
The event, dubbed Illuminate CLE Holiday Sip & See, will also feature a pop-up bar offering seasonal cocktails, hot chocolate and other libations. The event will run eight nights, Dec. 4-6, Dec. 11-13 and Dec. 18-19, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 and must be purchased in advance.
The event coincides with a new holiday-focused Illuminate CLE show. Illuminate CLE is the name of the light show that debuted in April on the buildings and grounds around Public Square, with animated and synchronized lighting set to music.

“Whether it’s a date night, family outing or a festive night with friends, this experience gives locals and their visiting friends and family an opportunity to watch the new Illuminate CLE holiday light show while enjoying one of our city’s most iconic buildings,” said Marie Scalia, chief marketing officer at Destination Cleveland, in a statement.
The new 90-second holiday show will debut Saturday, Nov. 29 at WinterLand and will run every 30 minutes from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. It will feature holiday music from local artists in addition to lights and animation.
Tickets for Illuminate CLE Holiday Sip & See will be limited to about 20 visitors per 45-minute increment, starting at 6 p.m. Admission also includes a keepsake ornament. For details and tickets: ThisisCleveland.com/SipandSee.
