One of the easiest ways to connect with someone is gossip. Nothing builds quick bonds like a mutual dislike of another person, another group, even another country. It feels like connection – but is it real?
Here’s the truth: gossip might bring people together in the moment, but it always leaves a bitter aftertaste.
Think about it. After gossiping, do you feel energized or drained? Do you feel secure or insecure? Deep down, we know the answer. Because if someone can gossip with me, they can just as easily gossip about me.
This is a reminder that gossip is a false connection. It drains energy, breeds insecurity, and pulls us away from real trust and authentic bonds.
So the next time you feel pulled into gossip, pause and ask: Do I want quick connection or lasting trust?

Who am I ?
I am a spiritual seeker who has been studying Hindu philosophy, meditation, and practice for nearly two decades.
In 2022, I started sharing my spiritual insights – not as a Guru, neither a Sadhu, nor an Acharya – but as a fellow seeker.
Through my series of talks, “Bhagavad Gita: the Divine Song,” and “Hanuman Chalisa Explained” I bring to life Hinduism’s most popular scriptures, the Bhagavad Gita and the Hanuman Chalisa, in a way that is accessible, relatable, and real.
I aim to draw on the timeless wisdom of Hindu philosophy to discuss the issues of our age and inspire others on their spiritual journey.
Join me in exploring the depths of spirituality and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Hanuman Chalisa.
