It’s been seven years since The Middle ended, and fans said goodbye to the Heck family.
This holiday season, though, one of The Middle’s fan favorites is back on the small screen. Eden Sher won fans’ hearts as quirky, lovable Sue Heck, who never gave up.
Now the actress is taking her comedic skills to Hallmark for a new Christmas movie featuring Jonathan Bennett and Brandon Routh, called A Keller Christmas Vacation.
Sher, Routh, and Bennett play siblings embarking on a family vacation for the holiday season. A clip of Sher making her debut in the film was shared on Instagram, with The Middle fans are losing their minds over seeing her.
“Can’t wait!! “Sue” and Superman!! ❤️❤️❤️,” said a fan. One fan shared, “I need more Sue Sue Heck on my television!”
A different fan stated, “Sue heck!!! Omg I love her can’t wait to see this.” “@eden_sher !! 😍 So excited to see you. ❤️,” expressed a fan, while another fan wrote, “I’ll watch this one just for @eden_sher!”
There’s no question that The Middle fans are beyond excited to see Sher back on TV. However, many fans are equally as thrilled to see her with Routh and Bennett.
“Sue Heck and Superman! The greatest crossover of all time!!!” spilled one fan. A different fan declared, “Omg Sue Heck, Superman and Aaron Samuels. Hi!”
Many fans couldn’t wait to see “Superman, The Middle, and Mean Girls!!!” collide on their screens.

“I’m so pumped for the sibling feeling between those 3 – I can’t wait.” “CANT WAIT 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍” and “This is the CUTEST group of siblings! Omg I can’t wait to watch this one,” are some of those comments.
There was even a fan who admitted not being this excited for a Hallmark movie in a while. “It’s been a while since I was this excited about a Hallmark movie!! @eden_sher is hysterical! @jonathandbennett can’t make a bad movie and @brandonjrouth has had my heart since The 9 Lives of Christmas!!!” stated the fan.
It turns out fans aren’t the only ones to see Sher in this movie. Bennet revealed to Decider that she was a “no-brainer” to play the role of the youngest Keller siblings.
A Keller Christmas Vacation premieres on Sunday, November 9, at 8/7c on Hallmark.
