The Most Anticipated Albums on the Way – InMusic

The year 2025 is shaping up to be fantastic for music lovers, with some of the biggest names in the industry gearing up to release new albums. Kicking things off were Bad Bunny and Lil Baby, whose highly-anticipated projects—Debí Tirar Más Fotos and WHAM (Who Hard as Me), respectively—arrived in the first week of January. On January 31st, The Weeknd unveiled his much-anticipated sixth studio album, Hurry Up Tomorrow. Ethel Cain also made her long-awaited return with Perverts, her first album in three years. FKA Twigs unleashed her critically acclaimed third album Eusexua, Central Cee released his debut LP Can’t Rush Greatness. Tate McRae released her third album So Close To What. LISA dropped her highly anticipated debut album Alter Ego, featuring hit singles such as “Born Again” and “Rockstar.” Lady Gaga treated fans with her new album Mayhem, Selena Gomez & Benny Blanco joined forces on I Said I Love You First, while JENNIE unleashed her highly anticipated debut album Ruby. Morgan Wallen treated fans with his third LP, I’m the Problem, which is already the most streamed country album of 2025 so far. Looking ahead, fans can look forward to albums from Ava Max,, Zara Larsson, Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter, Cardi B and Taylor Swift.

From pop to rock, from rap to reggae, from country to R&B, there is something for everyone in this diverse and exciting lineup of musical projects.
