GLENS FALLS, PA. – The Reading Royals hit the road Friday night to take on the Adirondack Thunder. The Royals coming into this one having won 2 straight.
Matt Salhany scores first for the Thunder off the assists by Alex Campbell and Ryan Wheeler. 1-0 after the first period.
The Thunder would go up 2-0 early in the second. Jake Willets would get the Royals on the board cutting the lead in half. Reading trailing, 2-1.
Robbie Stucker and Ben Meehan score in the third. Game tied 3-3 after regulation, forcing overtime.
Matt Salhany takes the pass from Jeremy Hanzel. He nets the game winner.
The Thunder defeat the Royals in overtime, 4-3.
