The story follows a master jewel thief (Hemsworth) who’s been pulling off meticulously planned robberies along LA’s 101 freeway, completely baffling law enforcement. Enter a relentless detective (Ruffalo) determined to bring him down. Crime 101 originally premiered in London on January 28, 2026, was released in the U.S. on February 13, landed on Prime Video April 1 and quickly climbed to the top of the streamer’s most-watched list. And based on audience reactions, it’s not hard to see why.
