Some days, you just need to belt it out. Whether you are blasting your favorite music in the car or singing sad songs in the shower, there is something so healing about music. And recently, TikTok user Brody and the flock proved this fact is true across species. They shared a hilarious clip of their Amazon parrot, Brody, singing a variety of different songs, and it is absolutely hysterical. He’s honestly giving major Freddie Mercury vibes. I just love it.
“Frody Mercury the parrot,” wrote Brody’s owner in the text overlay at the beginning of the video. Brody’s parent recorded this video sneakily from behind a doorway, careful not to let Brody know they were listening and recording.
First, Brody begins with singing what sounds like an opera song. Next up, it’s “Wheels on the Bus” time. Because, obviously. And then, another quick pivot to Brody’s signature “bad boy” song for a moment before he switches back to opera again. He then goes back to “Wheels on the Bus.” The constant changeups are truly impressive. Brody’s range has no bounds. No notes. Sang it, Brody! Sang it loud and proud!
Someone get this bird a record deal, STAT.

TikTok absolutely loves Frody Mercury the parrot, I mean, Brody. The video currently has over 35,000 views, over 2,700 likes, 101 comments, and 197 saves. People can’t get enough of his antics.
“The bad boy send me every time 😂 he’s hysterical omg,” laughed one TikTok user in a comment.
“I think this is the funniest bird I’ve ever heard. 😂😂 And I look up talking birds for fun. This one is the best. 😂,” exclaimed someone else.
“I love how you hide to catch his antics. I have to do the same with my Nape, Huey, so I can catch his singing. Mine also sings with vibrato,” said another person.
Definitely watch this video if you need a good laugh—it’s sure to do the job.
