“Timothy Busfield has turned himself in at the Metro Detention Center,” the Albuquerque Police spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos told Deadline Tuesday. “He will be booked on his warrant.”
As of right now, Busfield has not officially been arrested, according to police records. It is unclear both if the thirtysomething alum will go before a judge today and whether or not he will be released on bail.
