Tom Brady is laying it all out on the field.
Days after ex-wife Gisele Bündchen seemingly debuted her wedding ring from boyfriend Joaquim Valente at a red carpet event in São Paolo, Brazil, Dec. 18, the former New England Patriots quarterback shared a glimpse into his current state of mind.
In a cryptic Instagram Stories post, the 48-year-old — who is dad to Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with Bündchen, as well as Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan — shared a zoomed in snap of himself wearing a white hoodie that read “Forever Young” on it.
And the seven-time Super Bowl champ agreed with his sweatshirt’s messaging, captioning the Dec. 20 post, “Yuppppppp.”
But it was Brady’s song choice for the post that seemed to touch on where he’s at emotionally. Indeed, the dad of three attached Logic’s 2017 hit song “1-800-273-8255” to the post, a powerful mental health anthem.
In the post, Logic sings, “I’ve been on the low, I been taking my time / I feel like I’m out of my mind / It feel like my life ain’t mine (Who can relate? Woo).”

Three years after Brady and the supermodel finalized their divorce, Bündchen — who welcomed her first child with Joaquim in February — tied the knot with the jiu-jitsu instructor, 38, in Surfside, Fla., on Dec. 3, according to marriage records viewed by E! News.
The newlyweds began dating in June 2023, months after the runway icon’s 13-year marriage came to a formal end. And if their whirlwind romance is any indication, the pair have an incomparable connection.
“This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,” Bündchen said in a The New York Times interview in 2024. “It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”
And while the couple is notoriously private about their relationship, Bündchen has offered small glimpses into her home life with Joaquim.
“Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I’m regaining control of my schedule,” she told Vogue France in May. “As every new mom knows, it’s incredible how much sleep, or lack thereof, can change everything! But again, I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my children and enjoy every moment with them is priceless.”
