Travis Kelce has teased fans of fiancee Taylor Swift by hinting that there were ‘Easter eggs’ hidden during her appearance on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother Jason Kelce
Travis Kelce confirmed that Taylor Swift‘s appearance on his podcast contained plenty of “Easter eggs” for her fans.
The Kansas City Chiefs star chatted with his brother Jason Kelce on the latest instalment of their New Heights podcast as they looked back at her appearance on the show. Jason was heard asking Travis how things went and if Taylor was happy with the episode.
He said, “Oh yeah, she walked away flying around she was having so much fun getting to tell everybody about the album and obviously drop a few Easter Eggs to see if everyone caught on.” Picking up on the hint Jason then asked, “So there are easter eggs??” To which he was met with an awkward silence from Travis.

Jason then pointed out the pictures of Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket behind Travis asking “who is Jiminy Cricket in Pinocchio? What does he represent,” Travis coyly asked in return, “Aren’t they Disney characters?”
Jason then said, “Let’s move on,” as Travis agreed, “yeah,” and laughed. Taylor announced details of her new album The Life of a Showgirl when she appeared on Travis show on August 13, with a record-breaking total of 1.3 million people simultaneously tuning in to the podcast when it aired on YouTube.
The new episode comes as Taylor and Travis set the world of celebrity gossip on fire on Tuesday, August 26, as they announced their engagement. The pair took to social media to reveal their happy news to fans with a series of pictures posted to Instagram of them in a flower-filled garden.
The photos saw Travis down on one knee, as well as the pair embracing and lounging in a garden swing as they celebrated and showed off her huge diamond ring. The announcement was captioned, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
However, while love is very much in the air for the couple, legal expert Monica Mazzei, who is a shareholder in the San Francisco office of Buchalter and Chair of the firm’s Family Law practice, has warned that Taylor must act immediately to protect her assets in case anything goes wrong in the future.
“I would advise her to have all of that as her separate property and include in the premarital agreement a schedule that makes it clear exactly what she owns now, so that there is no dispute later on,” Monica exclusively told The Mirror US. “Travis may want the prenup to mention any interest he may have in royalties, should he be mentioned in any songs, as her exes often are. If the prenup states that her music rights are separate, then the song rights and royalties would be solely Taylor’s.”
She added, “As a public person, there are restrictions to legal rights over something like a mention in a song, which is a fairly common occurrence–the inclusion of Travis’s name would not likely give him any rights to a song unless they have a prenup that expressly grants him an interest in any song that he might be mentioned in.”
