PETOSKEY — Country music singer-songwriter Travis Tritt will be the headliner for the 2026 Emmet-Charlevoix County Fair concert.
The Emmet County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the artist agreement in the amount of $155,000 during their meeting on Monday, Nov. 10.

Tritt has received two Grammy awards for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals — in 1992 and 1998 — as well as four awards from the Country Music Association. He has had five number one songs on the Hot Country Songs charts.

The 120th annual Emmet-Charlevoix County Fair will take place Aug. 24-30, 2026. The popular country music concert is set to take place on Aug. 26 as one of the fair’s marquee grandstand events.
