Olivier Lalanne continues to amaze as editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar France, and outshines the competition on the regular. Rebecca Leigh Longendyke, Kate Moss, Libby Taverner, Cindy Crawford, Jacqui Hooper, and Irina Shayk have graced the French fashion title over recent months. Next up on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar France is Vanessa Paradis, who takes to the April 2026 issue of the magazine. The French singer (and former model) reunites with the photographer Karim Sadli for the occasion. Styled by Élodie David-Touboul, the cultural icon is celebrated across two covers. In each of the two cover shots, Vanessa wears Chanel (a brand to which Paradis has long been affiliated).

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“The upclose face shot cover is my favorite from the two options,” shared MModa.
Mikel agreed, commenting: “Love the first cover!”
“The layout of the first cover is better than the second one. I just can’t stand that kind of typography. Second cover is decent, but very predictable,” voiced thiago.
“The first one is almost perfect. ‘Tout pour la musique’ wasn’t necessary. The second one could have been ELLE,” noted forum member Lola701.
“This is leagues ahead of Vogue France, it’s almost embarrassing,” laughed Royal-Galliano.
“Two very strong covers. Vanessa and Karim Sadli always make for such a good pairing; I love it whenever they shoot together, and this is no exception. The first cover, I am sure, will look terrific on the newsstand, but I do like how conventional the second cover is – love the smile, the black and white, and the yellow,” voiced vogue28.
