Virgin Voyages is embarking on a new venture–or should we say disembarking?
The innovative, exclusively adult cruise line, which first set sail in 2021 with Scarlet Lady and has since added three additional ships to its fleet, is taking its shows on the road with a first-of-its-kind production company that seeks to bring its onboard entertainment to shore.

Virgin Voyages has formed a new production company that will take Virgin’s original shows, such as its newest one, Booked, as well as the spontaneous, cast-led performances and celebrations that occur on sailings, and bring them to land-based venues.
Booked blends cabaret, acrobatics, and dance in a prequel to the popular Lola’s Library cocktail party/immersive cabaret experience that takes place over the course of several hours aboard Resilient Lady. Created by No Ceilings Entertainment’s team, Kim Willecke, Phil Shaw, and Dennis Jauch, Booked seamlessly ties together pop music with a hilariously cheeky story that explores where stories come from, and is expected to arrive on land by 2026.

Richard Kilman, Vice President of Entertainment for Virgin Voyages, said the new venture, dubbed “Screw It, Let’s Do It Productions” after Virgin founder Richard Branson’s favorite one-liner, is “proof that when you create experiences centered on joy, people respond. Our Sailors have shown us that shared connection matters deeply to them, and this gives us a way to bring that feeling to more people, wherever they are.”
While the production company is new, the concept originated with another of Virgin’s shows, Duel Reality. The acrobatic retelling of Romeo and Juliet has been performed almost 300 times in Asia and Europe, with additional dates scheduled for Hong Kong in 2026. Duel Reality is currently available on Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Brilliant Lady.
“When we started Virgin Voyages, our goal was to create entertainment so original and unforgettable that people would want to experience it anywhere. With Duel Reality making waves on land and Booked set to follow, that vision is becoming a reality. We’re proud to see our creations resonate far beyond our Lady Ships and to share that Virgin energy with audiences around the world,” said Kilman.
