Vita Ruina have released a new single titled “Madrid.” The Northeast post-hardcore outfit debuted earlier this year with “A Cruel Separation”.
A lyric video has also been released, created by vocalist/guitarist Bobby Bates, who handles the band’s visuals and has worked with END, Nathan Gray and Fit For An Autopsy.
The band shared the following:
The song is about a slow unraveling within a one-sided love. Loving someone unable to receive it and how it erodes both identity and self-worth. The mind drifts between clarity and doubt as distance quietly grows – leaving grief, but also holding out hope for something that only now lingers.
