For the third time, a “so thrilled” Kristen Bell served as the emcee of the Actor Awards ceremony (formerly known as the SAG Awards), after previously hosting in 2018 and 2025. This time around, she spent her entire monologue poking fun at the new title of the awards show.
“I think the world can use some levity right now, so we’re going to keep things fun tonight,” the actress noted at the top of the show. “Now, in this business, we have a phrase that’s called ‘going back to the well,’ and it means when something works once, and you keep doing it over and over again.
