King Charles III stripped his brother Andrew’s royal titles on Thursday and evicted him from his residence at the Royal Lodge, a sprawling, 30-room manor in Windsor Great Park.
The king’s decision to further sever ties with the soon-to-be former prince, who will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, comes after the Oct. 21 release of a memoir by Virginia Giuffre — the American woman who says she was forced to have sexual encounters with Andrew as a teenager after being trafficked by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Giuffre died by suicide in February.
