Maxie collapses after using night cream
On the set of Home & Heart, Maxie faints almost immediately after applying a new night cream. Lucy calls for help as the women panic, and paramedics rush in. Doctors reveal Maxie is having a heart attack, shocking Lucy, who recalls Maxie’s history with a heart transplant.
Brook Lynn quickly alerts Spinelli, who races to the hospital in a panic. Meanwhile, the camera lingers on the forgotten jar of cream, raising questions about whether it triggered Maxie’s condition. Ultimately, Liz and Lucas stabilize her.
Carly and Nina fight
At the Metro Court, Carly updates Lulu about Obrecht’s decision to leave the hotel for Rocco’s sake. Their talk is cut short when Nina arrives. Carly immediately confronts her about the pain she caused Willow and Michael by hiding the truth about Drew.
The argument escalates, with Carly accusing Nina of destroying Willow’s life. Nina fires back, mocking Carly’s self-righteousness. Gio hesitates to intervene, but before he can, Brook Lynn calls Lulu to share news of Maxie’s emergency. Jason finds Britt but faces rejection
Jason talks to Britt before she lashes out, accusing him of betraying her for Carly and forcing her to grieve his supposed death. She reveals her Huntington’s is in remission, and she has built a new life away from Port Charles.
Jason warns she’s in danger, but Britt refuses his help, insisting she can handle herself. When Jason leaves defeated, Britt secretly makes a phone call, saying they have a problem and need to put a stop to it immediately.
