The hit reality dance competition “Dancing with the Stars” returns for its 34th season on Tuesday, September 16 (9/16/2025), at 8 p.m. ET, airing live on ABC and Disney+.
The two-hour premiere celebrates the show’s 20th anniversary and introduces a new lineup of celebrities paired with professional dancers as they compete for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
