The 2025 edition of the annual Wyoming County Fair is less than two weeks away.
The widely anticipated fair opens Wednesday, Aug. 27 and runs through Labor Day Monday, Sept. 1 at the fairgrounds off U.S. Route 6 in Meshoppen Twp. Hours are 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
Admission fee is $10 daily at the gate. Advance tickets, available at several locations throughout the county, are $8 daily. Wednesday is Senior Citizens’ Day; seniors 62 and older are admitted for free. Saturday is Veterans’ Day; all veterans are admitted for free.
The fair features rides, games, food vendors, exhibits, contests, live music and entertainment.
