Halloween Fun
Kyle (Michael Mealor) took a break from his pursuit of Claire (Hayley Erin) to return to Genoa City. The doting father kept a promise to take his son Harrison (Redding Munsell) trick or treating. Although Y&R skimped on the Halloween festivities this year, they gave us the cutest costumes ever. Kyle and Harrison dressed as pigs from the classic tale The Three Little Pigs. The father and son looked adorable in their outfits, which were complete with makeshift straw and brick houses. Although the two had fun celebrating the spooky season, there was one person missing from the festivities, Claire.
Letting Loose
Claire spent Halloween partying with Holden (Nathan Owens) in L.A. The Newman heiress is living it up after breaking free from Kyle. Now that Claire’s free to be herself and enjoy life, she’s making big decisions. One of which includes taking her friendship with Holden to the next level.
After having drinks at Sienna’s (Tamara Braun) club, the two returned to their hotel room where they things got hot and heavy. The build to Claire and Holden’s romance has been slow, but the payoff was well worth the wait. Their sizzling love scenes proved why they’ve become Y&R’s hottest new couple.
The Newmans Rally Around Shick
Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) remained vigil by Noah’s (Lucas Adams) bedside. It’s been a trying time for Shick, but they received some much-needed support this week. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) arrived in L.A. to rally around the couple. Although Nikki and Victoria haven’t gotten along with Sharon, they have shown that deep down, they care about her.
One of the touching moments was Nikki hugging Sharon after she expressed her worry about losing Noah. The Newmans certainly proved their motto about family being everything as they rallied around Shick. Sharon, Nick, and Noah will need the Newmans more than ever as the truth about Noah’s accident comes to light.

Sharon and Nick continue searching for clues about Noah’s crash. When Nick didn’t get anywhere with Sienna, Sharon decided to pay the club owner a visit, which turned into a frightening experience. Sharon ran into Sienna’s husband, Mitch (Roger Howarth), whom she recognized as Matt Clark. Matt is an enemy from Shick’s past, who assaulted Sharon and framed Nick for murder.
Matt being Mitch is a shocking twist and adds more mystery to the L.A. story. There are many questions that still need to be answered, but this latest development will have everyone on the edge of their seats.
