Zoë Kravitz sometimes finds herself having a rough night.
As The Batman star explained, if she has trouble sleeping, she can usually blame it on two very specific things.
“It’s a combination of death and And Just Like That,” Zoë joked during a segment of the Are You Okay? show posted to Instagram Aug. 25. “Kind of go back and forth.”
The 36-year-old said her mind tends to run between, “Oh my God, I’m going to die. That’s crazy,” and then, “And Just Like That—what happened there?”
But the High Fidelity alum definitely isn’t alone in either of those thoughts, as fear of death is high among Americans—as is the love of hate watching And Just Like That.
Zoë didn’t only get frank about her night terrors, either. The Blink Twice director also got candid about what life is like for her as the child of celebrities Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz—as well as being a star herself—sharing that she wished people “knew less about me.”

And nowhere did she feel that more deeply than when she heard one of the craziest rumors about herself.
“I was in the airport and saw this text exchange, which was, ‘Zoë Kravitz just passed,’” she recalled. “And the response was, ‘Oh no, she was so young. I’m in the Delta lounge.’ That’s how rumors start.”
Zoë couldn’t believe how fast they moved on, adding, “Same sentence? Wild.”

One thing Zoë notably didn’t mention? Her latest outing with Harry Styles in Europe.
The two were spotted walking arm-in-arm through the streets of Rome, Italy, in a video shared by a fan to X on Aug. 24.
For the occasion, Zoë sported a white sundress, a baseball hat and sunglasses, while Harry, 31, went for loose jeans, an oversized blue jacket and his own pair of sunglasses.
The actress—who ended her engagement to Channing Tatum in October after three years together—had her arm threaded through Harry’s as they walked.
