The Beach Boys will perform at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif., on November 22, 2025.
Rock: The Beach Boys not only shaped rock ‘n’ roll during the ‘60s, but put a Southern California feel on every song. The band’s harmonies, surf anthems, ballads and psychedelic-era tunes are the epitome of creative brilliance and continue to influence many, especially the album “Pet Sounds.”
Even as lineups have evolved and all three Wilson brothers have died, The Beach Boys continue with original vocalist Mike Love and live shows feature classics such as “Surfin’ U.S.A.” and “Good Vibrations.”

Rock: When the Flamin’ Groovies formed in San Francisco in 1965, the band became prominent in the city’s music scene for catchy guitar pop melodies, while still maintaining an edgy sound through the years that would later influence punk rock. The 1976 album “Shake Some Action” is considered a masterpiece and showcases the band’s evolution from the 1960s.

Madi Diaz will perform at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, Calif., on November 21, 2025.
Indie: In 2021, Madi Diaz garnered critical acclaim for her album “History of a Feeling.” The singer-songwriter’s music is characterized by its raw honesty and profound lyrics, combined with an indie folk and pop sound. Her fan base has expanded through live performances, where she has often performed solo with just a guitar as well as with her band.
Diaz will perform on Friday at Pappy and Harriet’s.

The Vienna Boys Choir at the McCallum Theatre
The Vienna Boys Choir will perform at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert, Calif., on November 22, 2025.
Choral: The Vienna Boys Choir has a storied history going back more than 500 years and is one of the world’s most celebrated choral ensembles. Its program features classical works from the Renaissance period to contemporary arrangements performed by 100 boys between the ages of 10 and 14.
