Like it or not, celebrities are weighing in on the 2024 presidential election.

Here’s a look at some of the stars who have endorsed either Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump.

For Kamala Harris

Pop superstar Taylor Swift endorsed Harris just moments after the vice president and Trump squared off in their lone debate. Swift said she thinks Harris “is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.” The endorsement seemed to get under Trump’s skin, as he posted on social media several days later: “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

One of the most influential people in the U.S., Oprah Winfrey spoke in support of Harris at the Democratic National Convention in August and then interviewed her at a Michigan event in September. “Common sense tells you that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz can give us decency and respect,” Winfrey said during her DNC speech.

A-list actor George Clooney, a major Democratic fundraiser, endorsed Harris in a statement shortly after the vice president announced she was running to replace President Joe Biden as the party’s nominee. “We’re all so excited to do whatever we can to support Vice President Harris in her historic quest,” he said.

After narrating a campaign ad for Biden, Robert De Niro threw his support behind Harris, taking part in a “Paisans for Kamala” livestream featuring prominent Italian Americans.

Bruce Springsteen announced his support for the vice president in a video in October. In it, the “Born to Run” singer called Trump “the most dangerous candidate for president in my lifetime.”

Iconic singer/actress Barbra Streisand said she supports Harris for fighting for abortion rights and has called Trump “a convicted felon” and a “pathological liar” who had been found liable for sexual assault and who had “incited an insurrection against our democracy.”

Musician John Legend, who performed at this year’s Democratic National Convention, has said Harris is “eminently qualified to be president.”

Pop star Billie Eilish and her collaborator brother, Finneas, announced their support for Harris in September. “We are voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy,” said the “Bad Guy” singer.

Billionaire Mark Cuban — best known for his role on the TV reality show “Shark Tank” and his ownership of the Dallas Mavericks — has assisted the Harris campaign while calling Trump’s economic policies “ridiculous” and “lunacy.”

For Donald Trump

Tesla, X and SpaceX owner Elon Musk announced his endorsement of Trump in July, shortly after the former president was wounded in an assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania. When Trump returned to that same site nearly three months later, Musk joined him, jumping up and down on stage and telling the crowd: “President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America.”

Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan voiced his support for Trump during July’s Republican National Convention, ripping off one tanktop to reveal a Trump-Vance tanktop underneath it. “I’m here tonight because I want the world to know that Donald Trump is a real American hero, and I’m proud to support my hero as the next president of this United States,” he said.

Dana White, CEO and president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, also spoke at the RNC, saying: “I know America needs a strong leader, and the world needs a strong America. I know Donald J. Trump is the best choice for president of the United States.”

Rapper/singer Kid Rock has been a vocal supporter of Trump’s for years and performed his song “American Bad Ass” at the Republican National Convention.

Trump’s relationship with the rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been a rocky one. But Ye told reporters in February, he’s still in Trump’s corner. “Yeah, of course, it’s Trump all day,” he said.

Dennis Quaid, who starred in movies such as “Reagan” and “The Right Stuff,” told “Piers Morgan Uncensored” in May, “As president, the only thing I liked about Trump was everything he did,” Quaid said.

Country music star Jason Aldean has been one of Trump’s biggest cheerleaders. After the July attempt on Trump’s life, Aldean posted a photo on social media of Trump with his face bloodied and holding up his fist and wrote: “This is what a warrior looks like. … This is my guy.”

“Shazam!” star Zachary Levi endorsed Trump last month, appearing at a rally in Michigan. Levi told rallygoers, “Hollywood is a very, very liberal town, and this very well could constitute career suicide.”

Comedian and actress Roseanne Barr has also been an adamant Trump supporter for years. She has continued to promote false claims that the 2020 election was stolen as well as new conspiracy theories, including that Hollywood elites “eat babies” and “are full-on vampires.”

In an October social media post, “Midnight Cowboy” star Jon Voight called Trump “the only one who will save our country and make her safe again, thrive again, bloom again.” He called Harris and her VP pick, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, “the lowest and most vile choice that you can trust with your life, your children’s life.”
