Jason Aldean’s wife has shared an update on their daughter, Navy, who was rushed to urgent care over the weekend.
The You Make It Easy singer’s family had a worrisome weekend as their six-year-old came down with a “really high” fever and a virus.
As Jason was needed on stage, his wife took care of the issue and even kept fans in the loop on Instagram.
While sitting in the waiting room of the urgent care facility, she wrote to her Instagram story, “Love a little Urgent Care visit on a Saturday.”
After her daughter had seen the daughter, she explained, “Navy just has a virus and had a really high temperature. So I tried to let it run its course, and it just wasn’t ending, so we just went to Urgent Care.”
“And then we just waited hours for them to say, ‘It just needs to run its course and there’s really nothing you can do about it,’” she added.
After two days of her “tough little babe” dealing with the virus, she gave an update, saying, “Angel girl… hopefully on the back half of this mess,” alongside a picture of Navy resting on a couch with a wet cloth on her forehead.
Navy’s health scare came in the midst of Jason’s Full Throttle tour. Over the weekend, he was performing in Austin, Tx. and raising money for the children’s organization Heroes for Children.
He took to Instagram on Monday with a montage of photos from the fundraiser, saying, “What a great weekend getting to hang out, play a little mini golf, and raise $200,000 for @heroesforchildren. Shout out to one of the bravest (and funniest) kids I’ve ever met – @devarjaye_, plus my friends at @patriotmobileusa and the @astros for making it possible.”

Jason recently celebrated his 10th wedding anniversary with Brittany.
Two years after they exchanged vows in Mexico, they welcomed their son Memphis. In 2019, they had Navy, which is the singer’s third daughter.
Jason was previously married to Jessica Ussery who he shares his two daughters Keeley and Kendyl with.
Brittany previously told Us Weekly who would “love to” have more kids but the singer isn’t on the same page.
“I’ve been asking [Jason], ‘What would our third baby name be?’ He’s like, ‘Well, we don’t have to worry about it because it’s not happening,’ but I would love another,” she said. “He has four, so I understand, but I would definitely do another one.”
