Donna Kelce isn’t shy about what she wants from her famous sons — and Travis Kelce says she’s made her feelings known.
During the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, co-hosts Travis and his brother Jason Kelce welcomed NFL legend Deion Sanders for a conversation that veered into family territory. When Sanders asked about ranking children, Jason explained that their mother, 72, has always favored Travis — at least until recently.
“Right now, [Donna] has Jason at No. 1 because he has kids,” Travis, 35, admitted, referring to Jason’s four daughters with wife Kylie — Wyatt, Eliotte, Bennett, and Finnley. Jason backed up the claim, revealing, “That is true. She has said that. She has made that comment. She has put some pressure on him.”
Sanders didn’t miss the chance to tease the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, chiming in with, “But what you waiting on though? What you waiting for?” Travis let the playful jab hang without offering a response.

The exchange comes only weeks after Travis proposed to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, whom he began dating in summer 2023. However, the pop superstar has shared mixed feelings about motherhood throughout her career. Back in 2012, she told Marie Claire (per Page Six) she hoped for “a minimum of four” kids, but just two years later she told InStyle she wasn’t sure about bringing children into the spotlight, worried about ‘strange men pointing giant cameras at them from the time they are babies.’”
For now, fans will have to wait and see if Travis and Taylor, 35, yield to the gentle push from his mom, most likely after the duo tie the knot. Donna, after all, already has plenty of grandchildren to dote on — but she seems eager for at least one more.
