BEAUMONT — Sparkle and Charm Boutique is set to host its first ever “R&B Runway: A Black and White Affair” event in Beaumont.
The event features a fashion show and entertainment from artists across the region.
Sparkle and Charm owner Monica Mishaw and publicist Jah Jah appeared on the noon show to talk about the event happening Saturday, October 11th.. The fashion show runs from 5pm until 8pm followed by a concert at 9pm feature Beaumont native Andre Pitre and artists David Sylvester.
