Apple Original Films has announced that the blockbuster racing drama “F1 The Movie,” starring Brad Pitt, will be available for streaming worldwide on Apple TV starting December 12.
The film’s arrival on the platform follows a record-breaking run in theaters, where it became a global box office hit and one of the most successful sports films ever made.
Released in theaters on June 27, the movie quickly sped to the top of the charts, earning more than $629 million worldwide.
Not only did it set a new record as the highest-grossing sports film in history, but it also became the year’s top-earning original film and Brad Pitt’s biggest box office success so far.
