Jisoo of Blackpink continues her global rise with her latest single “Eyes Closed.”
Released on October 10, the song’s music video quickly shot to No. 1 on YouTube Music’s worldwide trending chart across 74 countries.
On Spotify, “Eyes Closed” debuted at No. 21 on the Top Songs Global chart and ranked high on daily top song charts in 32 countries. The track also topped iTunes Top Singles charts in 40 countries, while hitting No. 1 on China’s QQ Music and Kugou daily selling charts, sweeping major global streaming platforms.
Marking a new milestone, Jisoo has officially surpassed 1 billion cumulative streams on Spotify as a solo artist — the first Korean female soloist ever to do so. She achieved this with just eight tracks over 925 days since her solo debut.
