Kevin Federline is recounting an ugly moment in his marriage to Britney Spears.
In his upcoming memoir, You Thought You Knew, the former backup dancer, 47, claimed that the princess of pop, 43, went on a “rampage” after a friend of his dropped off marijuana at their home, according to an excerpt obtained by Us Weekly.
Federline alleged that the Grammy winner — with whom he shares sons Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19 — “slapped” him in the face while holding one of their kids.
While the timeline of when the situation took place is unclear, Federline and the singer tied the knot in 2004, and welcomed Sean in 2005 and Jayden in 2006 before filing for divorce that year.
Federline further alleged that this incident “wouldn’t be the last” of the “Toxic” hitmaker getting physical with him, but noted they “were never the same after.”

As the National Enquirer previously reported, Federline’s book has been filled with many bombshells, including that he allegedly witnessed Spears “snorting a fat line of coke off the table,” at a party in 2006 while she was still breast-feeding the children, according to another expert obtained by Us Weekly.
Federline claimed when he spoke to Spears about the drugs she threw a drink in his face.
“That was the proverbial final straw, the breast-feeding thing. Her reaction,” he wrote per Us Weekly. “That’s what ended us.”
Meanwhile, Spears took to her social media accounts on Thursday, claiming Federline’s “white lies” from his book “are going straight to the bank.”
Additionally, a representative for Spears shared a statement with People on Tuesday, October 14, which read, “With news from Kevin’s book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her and sadly it comes after child support has ended with Kevin. All she cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James and their well-being during this sensationalism. She detailed her journey in her memoir [The Woman in Me].”
