Justin Timberlake is prioritizing his health.
In an article published on Monday, October 20, a source told People that following the conclusion of the 44-year-old pop star’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour on July 30, he has surrounded himself with family and has shifted his focus to treating his Lyme disease.
“Since Justin wrapped his tour over the summer, they’ve focused on family time,” the source told People. “The tour was rough for everyone. Justin had fatigue, pain and was just exhausted.”
“After his Lyme disease diagnosis and powering through the tour, he’s been focused on healing and taking care of himself,” the source continued. “He’s explored treatments and is taking it seriously.”
The source noted that the “Sexyback” hitmaker’s wife Jessica Biel — who shares sons Silas, 10, and Phineas, 4 with him — has been “supportive as always.”
“The family has spent time in both Montana and Colorado,” the source revealed. “They all enjoy the outdoors.”

On July 31, the 10-time Grammy award winner penned a lengthy Instagram post revealing his Lyme disease diagnosis with the world and reflecting on how it impacted his performances on tour.
“Among other things, I’ve been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease — which I don’t say so you feel bad for me — but to shed some light on what I’ve been up against behind the scenes,” Timberlake wrote. “If you’ve experienced this disease or know someone who has — then you’re aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically.”
“When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure. But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness,” Timberlake explained. “I was faced with a personal decision. Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out. I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I’m so glad I kept going.”
