Kim Kardashian is expanding her empire.
Star can confirm that the billionaire, 45, purchased her neighbor’s house in Hidden Hills, California, for $7.1 million — $850,000 over the asking price — on Wednesday, October 15.
The four bedroom, five bath home is situated on 1.4 acres right next to the mansion the SKIMS founder bought while wed to Kanye West in 2014 — which is currently under renovation, TMZ reports.
The reality star also owns three properties behind her, and the outlet notes that she plans to “expand” her compound.
The main house is famous for its minimalist, neutral interior, which she told People last year was her “sanctuary of calm.”
She also made it clear she would never leave. “The best memories I have growing up are in our family home, and I always want to create those memories and safe space for my kids,” Kardashian explained to People. “So, I can’t ever imagine moving.”
