Britney Spears has returned to Instagram with life advice for her millions of followers.
After abruptly deleting her social media account earlier this month following a series of concerning posts, the 43-year-old has returned and has shared a snap of herself posing in a black and nude lingerie set, accompanied by some words of wisdom on setting boundaries.
The photo, which appears to be a screenshot from a video, showed off Spears’ toned figure, as she paired her revealing look with black heeled boots, a half-up-half-down hairstyle, and smoked-out makeup. The Instagram post comes after the singer last posted six days ago, before her deactivation.
In her new meaningful caption, the mother of two wrote, “So much has happened this year, it’s crazy … I try to live within my means and the book, ‘Draw the Circle’ is an incredible perspective.
“Get your ballerina, circle, and own your boundaries. It’s incredibly strict and somewhat of a form of prayer but with so many endless possibilities in life, it’s important to do you and keep it simple.”
Spears concluded her message to her followers with, “I know there is a confusing side too. The devil is in the details but we can get to that later.”
The singer deactivated her account earlier this week. Fans noticed her account vanished on Sunday, November 2, with the platform displaying the “profile may have been removed” notice.
The account disappearance follows a wave of cryptic posts.
It also comes after Spears publicly called out her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s bombshell memoir, which exposes several alleged details of their relationship, including Spears’ alleged drug use and infidelity.
In recent weeks, Spears has posted multiple dance videos from her living room, but cut off comments after sharing emotional captions that hinted at her strained relationship with her and Federline’s sons Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.
She wrote of their return to Hawaii, where they live with Federline, 47, and claimed she uses dance as “prayer through art.”

Fans grew more concerned after an October 7 video showed Spears with bruises and bandaged wrists.
She blamed a staircase fall at a friend’s house, writing, “It snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in.”
She added, “My boys had to leave and go back to Maui … I’m not here for concern or pity.”
Things escalated on October 19, when Spears posted about a dark chapter from her 2018 stint in rehab.
In the caption of a horse-riding photo, she claimed “brain damage happened to me” during the months she was “illegally forced” to stay in a facility under the conservatorship.
She referenced Maleficent and said her shoulder blades reminded her of wings, writing, “Her wings were holy … not one person could say they were restored and hidden, locked in a secret, holy stained-glass church.”
Then Federline’s memoir, You Thought You Knew, began making headlines. In it, he reportedly accuses Spears of erratic behavior, cheating, and describes their marriage as volatile. He also expressed his fears that something tragic may happen to her.
Spears hit back on X on October 15, accusing Federline of gaslighting her and manipulating public opinion for attention.
“Always being threatened or made to believe I’m the bad one as they profit off my pain…” she wrote, adding, “Oh dear Jesus show me there is a God and I can too be loved unconditionally.”
She also took a swipe at Federline’s recent media appearances.
“Why is HE SO ANGRY,” she posted. “It literally blows my mind the moments he stops before he cries … are you f—ing serious?”
