A free film school is being launched by an Inverclyde arts charity.
RIG Arts is inviting people to learn about the world of film production and to make their own short movie.
The course is open to people aged 18 and over and will take place at the RIG Arts studio in Greenock.
Participants will have the chance to shadow industry professionals, learn the ins and outs of film-making and get hands-on with professional equipment.

They will also be able to take on roles in front of and behind the camera.
The course is free to attend but spaces are limited.
