One of the most successful dealmakers of the last 25 years, Brett Yormark has transformed every organization at which he’s worked and closed deals others wish they could replicate. He helped land NASCAR’s massive $750 million deal with Nextel in 2003 that changed the entire racing series. He brought the NBA to Brooklyn, and has been out front in combining sports with music, fashion and pop culture. After a stint at Roc Nation, he shifted to the Big 12, at which he has brought an entirely new sensibility and approach to value creation and the collegiate landscape. He’s also served as mentor in influencing an entire generation of young executives, most starting in sales, who have followed his style and approach.
