Through its partnership with Google’s 100 Zeros production arm, Range Media Partners has optioned Jen Marie Wiggins’ 2024 novel “The Good Bride.” The book is now in the works to be adapted for television. Station 26 is also a partner on the project.
The book’s official synopsis reads, “One year after a devastating hurricane, lavish wedding plans unearth secrets in a struggling coastal town. As the carefully curated weekend — built on pomp and social-media polish — unravels, a gunshot shatters the rehearsal and the celebration spirals into a twisty exploration of messy family ties, modern media and the lies we tell the world.
