Lenny Kravitz has given his daughter Zoë Kravitz‘s burgeoning romance with Harry Styles his stamp of approval.
“He thinks they’re a great match,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “Lenny says they really make each other happy and have an easy-going relationship, like best friends who are dating.”
Lenny, 61, was spotted having lunch with Zoë, 37, and Styles, 31, at Sant Ambroeus in the West Village of New York City in September, and the insider shares that the “Fly Away” singer has also “hung out with them in Europe.”
“Zoë and Harry’s relationship is going strong,” the source adds, “and they are quite serious about each other.”
The insider tells Us that the romance has been unlike any in Zoë’s past, explaining, “Zoë has maintained a lot of independence. Her family would joke that one of the reasons men would fall in love with her was because she kept an air of mystery and distance. With Harry, she is operating differently.”
The source elaborates, “She’s spent the past few months traveling with him and is content by his side as he works on his album. She is really enjoying herself and this moment with him. She loves creating and loves the process, and he loves having her there with him.” (Styles has been hard at work on the follow-up to 2022’s Harry’s House and recently teased a musical comeback.)

Zoë and Styles were first photographed together in Rome in August. A source later told Us that the Batman actress and the “As It Was” singer had been “in Europe for work-related things and connected to meet up and hang out.” While they had “a lot of chemistry,” the insider cautioned that Zoë did not “want anything serious” at the time.

Since then, however, Zoë and Styles have continued to step out together — oftentimes holding hands and showing PDA — and they even reportedly celebrated Christmas with the former One Direction member’s family in England.
Some fans have speculated that the couple’s relationship could cause tension with Taylor Swift, who has been close friends with Zoë for a decade and briefly dated Styles in 2012, but a source exclusively told Us in October that the “Life of a Showgirl” singer “doesn’t have an issue” with the pairing.
“Their relationship was so long ago,” the insider said of Styles and Swift, 36. “Harry has moved on, and so has Taylor. They’re friendly when they see each other, which isn’t often but does happen occasionally. It’s all in the past now.”
In addition to Zoë and Swift, Styles has dated Kendall Jenner, Olivia Wilde and Taylor Russell, among other famous exes, while the Big Little Lies alum was married to Karl Glusman from 2019 to 2021 and engaged to Channing Tatum from 2023 to 2024.
