ASTORIA — At 6 p.m. on Jan. 18, Sunday night music at the Fort George will feature Ell Sallad, a group characterized as “grunge grass,” from Portland. Their influences range from rock to reggae and classical to grunge with a sound that is at once folksy when acoustic or a grunge sound when the drum kid and electric instruments emerge.
